Photo retouching (how much to charge)

I am working on a client that is a high-end jewelry company. They would like me to retouch photographs of the jewelry, including color changes. The question is, how much should I charge per hour for this service? Thank you.

As for the other details, I am 20 years experienced in Photoshop, 8/10 as for as experience level (just never have done this for freelance before) 

The client is a Miami-based, high-end jeweler.
