@Cheyanne88, You can find the location of your Scratch Disks here: on the top menu bar Edit>Prerferences>Scratch Disks.

Photoshop needs a free space on your HD that it uses as a "scratch disk". You need to free up more space or install an appropriate drive to be used as scratch disk. The amount of free space depends in part on how big your files are. See this help file:

How much unused space do you have on your hard drive?
