Photos ( English - Middle East version)

I have recently update Photoshop 2020 (English - Middle East version), when typing in english ( left to right) letters ok when i need to type symbols like ( @ or ? ) the symbol bounce  back to the begining of the

text, which should be on the last of the text ?

any suggestion?
