Photoschop CC 2018 crashes on loading

Hi, since the last patch my PS always crashes on loading screen, exactly when "initializing menus".

I think I tryed pretty everything: installing the whole Creative Cloud from scratch, using the Adobe Reg Cleaner, updating my videocard drivers, trying the default printer trick and launching the program with and without administrator privileges.

I do not use 3rd party plugins, it's only the basic Photoshop.

I'm running PS on Windows 8.1, with ATI Radeon.

Before the last patch I had no problems of any kind.

My colleagues have the same problem, on Windows 10.

In the meanwhile we tryed every previous PS version and the only one working is the CC 2015.

Is there any solution ?

I finally solved it.

I tried to disable my motherboard built-in graphic card and all the adobe programs started to work perfectly as they used to.

Maybe it will be useful for someone else.

This worked for me as well! I have a Microsoft Surface Book Gen 1 that comes with 2 cards.

Try deleting the preferences file from here, once you launch Photoshop it will be recreated

C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2018\Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 Settings
