Photoshop 19/20 Graphic layer glitch bug / URGENTLY NEEDS HELP

This bug started to happen 2 weeks ago while i am painting in photoshop for about 10 to 30 mins this glitch bug appears and i can't seem to find a solution to this problem as i have tried: 1.Reinstalling photoshop 2020/2019 / or previous versions 2. changing my performace gpu settings to normal 3.reinstalling nvidia driver or not even using it at all PLS HELP ME I CANT WORK LIKE THIS.

Try using "Legacy Compositing" in the preferences under performance.
