Photoshop 2019 works slowly

The previous version of 2017 works well, I noticed that the new version does not correctly identify the supported instructions for the processor, I have an AMD FX 8320 processor

My AMD FX 8320 processor does not support AVX2. but Photoshop 2019 for some reason thinks that the AMD FX 8320 supports AVX2 - this is not correct. I think because of this, Photoshop 2019 works for me more slowly than Photoshop 2017 version

Hi

My system info on my work PC with Photoshop CC2019 shows AVX2 as well, but I'm not having any issues with slowness in Photoshop so I think you can rule that out

Have you tried resetting Photoshop preferences

I have become noticeably slower in working masks in ACR, and Content-aware works more slowly when objects in the photo are drawn. earlier it was faster at times, now the program handles it for quite a while, as does the Spot Healing Brush Tool, if you select a lot of image, it draws and deletes objects longer than in the 2017 version.

this is visible to the naked eye. slow work is very annoying.

For the ACR try disabling "Use Graphics Processor" in Camera Raw preferences to see if that helps

In Photoshop go to Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw

Also try setting the drawing mode to basic in the performance tab > advanced settings

It may help if you posted your Photoshop system info, go to Help > System Info and copy and paste that into this thread

Why is that Adobe Creative Cloud is Subscription Software and your subscription has a serial number. Subscription Software is activated by you signing into Adobe Creative Cloud through the creative Cloud desktop application every few months to keep you software activated. You can also sign out on a machine to deactivate Creative Cloud software activated on that machine. So you can activate it one an other machine. Your subscription only allows two machines to be activated for your subscription. You need to keep your Adobe User Account and Password private. Your Serial can only be activated on two machines at any given time. If your Account and password gets out others can have your machines deactivated. If you change the lines in you system info that ok. If that info was displayed by the software you are using it most like not Adobe Software its a hacked version who knows what has been done to that software.
