Hi, so, it started when I was making a thumbnail for one of my video, I was going to use the Polygonal Lasso Tool but then then this message appeared "Could not complete your request because there is not enough memory (RAM).". I was pretty shocked about it because this never happened before, I already tried most of the answer I found with some searching but none of them worked. And the weird thing is that, I still can use other tools such as the Magnetic Lasso Tool and the Lasso Tool. I already tried closing any third pary applications running in the background and it still didn't work. I also tried to clear the cache that I have in my computer and it still didn't work. Anyways, any replies would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop due to the RAM error. Would you mind telling us which version of Windows are you working on? If you're using Windows 10, please ensure you have all available Windows updates installed on the computer. Also, please update Photoshop to the latest version (22.2) to check if that helps.

You can also try the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/invalid-numeric-entry-integer-96-8-required-photoshop.html

If the issue persists, you can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2Qzc0K3

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check: https://adobe.ly/2vNz6FG

Let us know how it goes!

Regards,

Nikunj
