Yes, supposedly, we SHOULD be able to install any of your app on the folder of our choice. Although it is beautiful on paper, it would seem that the Creative Cloud installer hasn't been able to install Photoshop anywhere else than "C:/Programs/Adobe/" (rather than the preferred folder) since the problem was pointed out by clay_at_cox in what... 2012 ?!
If you would be so kind as to help me install Photoshop 2020 on my folder please ?

A few others have had the same problem over the years, and I can't find an anwer to that.
STILL isn't fixed. I don't want my SSD OS drive clogged with stuff like this when I have my other 2TB drive for this. But it, like Substance, will only install where it feels like. 😕
