Sadly I have joined to ranks of many who have now gone back to CC 2019. I do miss the new add ons but this version has become unusable. I had thought for some time I had issues with my brand new PC, which was built purely for Photoshop use, but so many have had issues that untill the 2020 version is patched, rolling back seems to be our only option.
Please Adobe put some resource into solving these issues so we can benefit from all the new features.

Hi there,
We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop 2020. Would you mind sharing more information about the issues you experienced with Photoshop 2020? Did you try re-installing Photoshop 2020 from scratch prior to reverting to Photoshop 2019 to check if that helped?
Please ensure that you have all the latest BIOS and driver updates (from the websites of the respective manufacturers) installed on the computer. Also, please ensure that you have all the available Windows updates installed.
Regards,
Nikunj
