While I am using Photoshop, after a while, it stops workin. Then it creates a blank file called 'debug' next to the Photoshop one.

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the version of Photohsop you are using along with your computers operating system?

You can try optimizing the preferences of Photoshop using the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/optimize-photoshop-cc-performance.html

The issue where Photoshop creates a debug file, has been fixed with the latest version of Photoshop (21.2.4). Please check: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/fixed-issues.html#photoshop-desktop-fixed-issues

If you are using an older version of Photoshop, please update to the latest version through the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Regards,

Nikunj
