Photoshop 2020 won't open TIFF files.

When trying open TIFF files in Photoshop 2020, the screen goes blank.  They open in RAW but the screen also goes blank when trying to open them in Photoshop.

You are sure it doesn't open all TIFF files?
TIFF is the output RAW file format from the camera in some types of cameras.
That is may be the reason that it opens in the Camera RAW.

So the problem may be in the Camera RAW plug-in version.
You can update your Camera Raw version from the Creative Cloud app and this link may help you:

The TIF file my be corrupt. See if you can open it in another application such as MSWord to check.
