Is anyone else experiencing the same issue when using RAW files. After opening in P.S. the file freezes almost immediately (no problem with jpegs). All drivers are up to date, no issues with graphics card.
any ideas?

Try installing the previous version of the Camera Raw plugin. There have been reported issues with the 13.2 update.
