Photoshop 2021 - can't open images

I can't open any new images or previously processed images; can't access the tutorials or even close the program without getting the attached error message. I can only close the program by accessing the task manager. I've uninstalled 2020, done a restart but I'm still getting an error message  What the heck do I do now?

If so, is it just when you open specific images?
