Photoshop 2021 Crashing and lagging any updates soon?

Hi 

Can someone enlighten me why the new version is using too much ram? I have 64gb ram and 

AMD Radeon Pro 5600M 8 GB graphics card. I never had lag issues before until I updated to the newer version. When I looked at my activity monitor my Ps is using too much ram thus making the program slower and seeing the circle of death. 

Will there be an update soon? this is frustrating and might revert back to 2020 version.

The same situation. Win 10, i76850k, 32ram. gtx1080 and photoshop is lagging. Alt issue with healing brush and clone stamp back again (
