Photoshop 2021 Crashing on Windows 10 Pro PC

Photoshop has been repeatedly crashing on opening today for one of my collegues (he's not even been able to open a file let alone get any work done).  We have removed Photoshop, restarted and installed the latest version and the problem persists.

I have a copy of the crash dump I can share if required.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Please ensure that you have all available Windows updates installed on the computer. You can try disabling the option to Use Graphics Processor from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.
