I am experiencing unusual drop down menu behavior with the latest version on Photoshop 2021 v22. When I mouse over the top menu items (e.g. File, Edit, Image ...) the drop down menus randomly disappear for a second or the adjacent menu titles (e.g. Select and Filter) will disappear momentarily. Photoshop is running on a PC, Windows 10, and graphics card latest driver. This unusual menu behavior does not occur on Photoshop’s previous 2020 version. Any help appreciated.
