So recently I had purchased a Creative Cloud plan, I downloaded photoshop then it quickly closed and popped up with the message "An unrecoverable problem has occurred. Photoshop will now exit.". I'm not sure how to solve this, any help is appreciated.

Hi @Phoebe5C73 ,

This usually happens when components are missing or not accessible by Photoshop. Typically the AdobeIPCBroker file.

Uninstall and reinstall photshop using the Creative Cloud Desktop App.

Keep us posted on your progress
