Photoshop 2021 slow to launch on macOS Catalina(MacBook Pro 16" 2019)

New MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) purchased this week.  Dropped down to Catalina because I'm not ready for an OS that will need updates.

Anyhow I'm trying to load Photoshop 2021 and it is taking forever.  Utterly ridiculous!  I need it for my MacBook for lecturing.  What is happening!

Sorry that Photoshop 2021 is loading slowly on your computer running the macOS Catalina.

Would you mind deselecting the option "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance menu, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?
