Hi all,
I knew today from a collegue/friend that the new PS version has been released, the October update, version 22.0.
Opened my Creative Cloud Desktop to install it. Unforunately I've got no updates available in the app.
Tried to close and reopen the application, rebooted the system and restarted all the Adobe services.
The desktop app still reports PS it's up to date and the version is 21.2.4.
Has the update been pulled out from public availability?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Andrea

Hi there,
The update for Photoshop 22.0 is being rolled out in a phased manner and shows up in your Creative Cloud Desktop app depending on your geographical location.
Please wait for a while if the updates are still not showing up, checkout the steps mentioned in this article to troubleshoot the problem:
Let us know the outcome.
Thanks,
Akash

Hi Akash,
thank you very much for your kind reply.
Both my collegue and me are living in the same geographical location (UK, same city), so that's why I thought it was a bit strange, as I assumed the release would have been in phases.
I will wait for a while, hoping the update will pop up by itself.
Thanks again for your time and help!
Have a nice day,
Andrea.

Hi, in some reare case, I've seen that some have to log off an on the app, some have to restart, but most often help>check for updates fixes it...

Hi, thank you for your message!
Acutally something happened and now I can see the update from the desktop app.
I've been trying everything, including checking updates from Help menu.
Nothing worked.
The weird thing was I checked my Surface Book as well, other than the machine where it wasn't showing up, for the update. On that machine it was showing!
So definitely it was an issue related to that machine.
After some reboots, logging off and in the update showed up.
Thank you very much for your help.
