Photoshop 2021 won't open or save

My PS 2021 won't work.  I open it, and it just goes to a blank screen.  I try to open a document by pressing "open" and nothing happens.  I hope an old document from my Finder, and if I make any changes, or open a new document and try to Save, Save As nothing happens...anyone have any advice?  I've tried troubleshooting, resetting the settings, uninstalling and reinstalling all my apps, and nothing's worked so far.  I'm not sure what the problem might be, but it's frustrating.
