Photoshop 2021 won't start after update.

Updated Photoshop 2021 and now get an error message 0xc0000142 saying Photoshop cannot start. I have uninstalled and re-installed but it still will not start. How can this be fixed?

Hi this is the windows compatibility option due to the update uninstall the update or go back to 2020 it will work for you...regards

This is not a fix but a work-around if you can't get this latest update working. The Adobe Creative Cloud app allows for multiple previous versions of Photoshop to be simultaneously installed.
