Bonjour,
Lorsque j'amène une photo dans Photoshop, celle-ci se trouve systématiquement tronquée, je n'ai que la partie inférieure. Puis-je désinstaller PS et le résinstaller pour retrouver toutes les fonctionnalités sans repasser par un abonnement ? Par avance, merci de vos réponses.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind telling us which operating system are you working on? You can re-install Photoshop through the Creative Cloud desktop app if required.
You can also try disabling the option to Use Graphics Processor from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.
If the issue persists, you can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: Preferences
