I noticed a strange bug in my photoshop. 100% Black has noise. Even in outside the image in the photoshop background.

Here is a sample where on the left I have black from another program and on the right I have the black from photoshop:

Hi Lauri,

Welcome to the community!

I just checked the screenshot you've shared at my end, I'm not able to see the grains or noise even with full brightness.

Could you try changing the screen color profile to sRGB IEC61966-2.1, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if you still see the noise in black? https://www.lightroomqueen.com/how-do-i-change-my-monitor-profile-to-check-whether-its-corrupted/

Regards,
Sahil
