Photoshop 21.1.3 crashing while opening an image and freezes when loading a crash report

Al abrir cualquier foto , se genera un informe de bloqueo, y no me deja continuar.

Esto pasa desde la actualizacion a 21.1.3. He quitado en las preferencias el uso del procesador grafico.

El procesador G. esta actualizado, pero sigue igual.

Antes de la actualizacion a 21.1.3 todo funcionaba perfectamente.Ahora no puedo utilizar PS.

Sorry that Photoshop 21.1.3 is crashing when you open an image and then locks out while generating the crash report. 

What is your operating system and when exactly does Photoshop crashes? Does it crashes while using a specific tool or feature when you open an image?

Hola! a mi me pasa lo mismo desde la última actualización cuando voy al menú de ajustar tono/saturación Photoshop se queda bloqueado y debo forzar salida del programa. Trabajo con maOS Catalina 10.15.

Sorry for the delay in my response. I was out of office for a couple days. Would you mind updating to the latest version 21.2.0 of Photoshop and see if that helps?
