Photoshop 22.0.1 - Cannot Create New Document/Canvas

Hello all,

I canot create any new documents with Photoshop 22.0.1, I've reset all preferences, and tried launching in Administrator mode. Tried disable New Home Screen and using Legacy New Document. I am lost here, can I use some sort of debug or log file to troubleshoot? It's very fustrating.

Have you tried disabling GP from Preferences > Performance?
