Hi Everyone,
When using Photoshop, everytime I click off the app– to use finder, or another application– and I return to Photoshop, it pinwheels for a couple of seconds before it starts responding again.
It's a small annoyance, but one that happens over and over, placing a strain on my workflow. I've tried downgrading to oldest version of Photoshop creative cloud gives me access to, but the same issue persists.
I don't remember this being a problem before....I can't tell whether its a Photoshop issue or a Big Sur issue.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any suggestions/fixes?

Memory usage 83%
