There is some logical explanation by the Adobe technical team because the update of PS 22.1 fails, it closes automatically after a few seconds.
I have tried the advice given in this forum by the moderators and they don't work. On the other hand, I don't see any logic that an update requires changes to eliminate preferences or deactivate utilities that worked perfectly in previous versions.
I think that a patch update should not be released, or it is tested or it should not have been released.
