Nice to see Adobe consistent with their updates!  Remind me again why I pay a monthly subscription for this?  Adobe Photoshop 22.1 will NOT stay open, simply crashes & closes after initialisation.  Great work Adobe, at least you're consistent with your updates!  back to 22.01 for me!

furthermore, after downgrading back to 22.01,  no actions, no style, no preferences!  All gone!  Just like a clean install!  Outstanding!  Thanks very much Adobe!

I'm facing the same issue, what a desperate state for the users, hope they show fast reaction for the solution, affecting the businesses really bad.

Just spent 4 hours re-writing lost actions!  Think I'll stick with this version for a while! (Still no reply from Adobe!)

"(Still no reply from Adobe!)"

Hi

This is a user to user forum so the chances of getting a reply from Adobe here are pretty slim, you can of course post on the Adobe Feedback Forum which monitored by Adobe engineers, saying that the chances of getting a reply are pretty slim on that forum too, Adobe's quality testing is pretty much non existent and has been for some time.

Apart from the fact that something like this shouldn't happen, you don't have a backup of the actions you created yourself? The topmost rule must be that you make a backup before you install an update (regardless of the software).

Backing up actions should be routine, not just before an update, imho. The Action Sets should be saved every single time an edit is made to an action.
