Photoshop 22.3.1 crashing on startup since latest security update (2021-002) on macOS 10.15.7

This happens to be similar to that error on Windows:

The only repeatable solution yet is to restart the Mac; which is not funny when you already are fully at work with many files to save, restart, and open everything again.
