Photoshop 22.3.1 not responding

Photoshop 22.3.1 and the other apps of the adobe's suite (illustrator 25.2.2 Indesign 16.1.0.20) are not responding just after the launch.

Did you try to sign out of Adobe Creative Cloud and Sign back in?

I have a Windows 10 PC and updated to the newest photoshop version and now it freezes, as soon as I open it and click on anything. I have to do a "control/alt/delete" to end the program! UGH!!! I need this to work today!!!

Same here on new mac mini M1 and native photoshop 22.3.1. Illustrator (not native) works.
