Photoshop 22.3 Buggy on my computer

I did the latest update 22.3 and it was buggy for me. Zooming in and out of the image was really choppy and delayed. It all felt very buggy and choppy. I'm using Mackbook Pro 16 inch 2019 with 2.4 Ghz 8 Core Intel i9 64 gigs of ram, and AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 Gig.  I reverted back to version 22.2 until it's sorted out. I've found that Photoshop has been really buggy since I got this new Macbook Pro. I've heard a lot of others have had the same issues.
