Photoshop 22.3 is slow saving

22.3 is taking an age to save a document.  I am using Big Sur 11.2.3 Copying and Pasting a PSD  in finder takes a couple of seconds whereas saving the document is PS 22.3 is taking over 2 minutes

Currently, PS 22.3 is costing me a lot of time about 10 minutes every hour which is not acceptable.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Here Photoshop seems the worst application ever. Since CC everything is got too slow.

I've paused file sync in CC to avoid other waste of time.

The latest photoshop 2.23 version is simply imbarassing!

Just to open the application and open a file it takes 1':53" I've recorded a video for those do not believe what I'm sayng!!!

1 SAMSUNG 860 PRO SSD hard drives by 4TB

NVIDIA DRIVER VERSION: 456.71

Please adobe give your paying user the chance to get rid of creative cloud!!!!!!!!! Allow the apps to run independently

To save a 1.72 Gb on an internal SSD drive in photoshop takes 1:12.  To copy and paste the file in Finder takes 4 seconds

Macbook Pro 2018

Big Sur 11.2.3

Memory 16gb 2400MHz DDR4

Radeon Pro 560x 4GB

Zooming in and out of the image is very very jumpy 

Adobe do you have any suggestions?
