Pan, zoom and rotate gesture controls are painfully laggy.
Reverting back to 22.2 resolves the issues entirely so it's definitely a Photoshop issue.

Yepp. Same for me. Zooming on a MB Pro took endless of time zooming in "forever" before stopping. Somethin wrong here. 😕

Same issue for me but using the MacBook Pro M1. It fixed when using version 22.2.
Turning rulers off helps, sometimes. But it is a bug that has been reported.
