After installing Photoshop 22.3 on my PC today I can't get anything to work. Whether I try to create a new document or load an image or add an adjustment curve via the icon or invoke the System Info option, the result is a "Could not complete your request because of a program error." I'll note that after creating a new document, and seeing the error, the document behaved badly. For example, I drew in black on the background layer and then added a curve adjustment layer via the Layer menu. The content of my background layer immediately changed from black to light yellow, and remained that way even after removing the new adjustment layer.
I also installed on my laptop (also Windows 10) and did not see this problem.
