Hey! Ever since the latest Photoshop update, I haven't been able to open it. I tried opening Photoshop from the taskbar, desktop, and the Windows Start menu. Nothing has worked. I even tried opening a PSD file from Creative Cloud, but that didn't work either. I don't get an error message, and even the page with the flamingos doesn't show up. My computer is a Pc windows 10, 64 bits, and I have the latest update for both Photoshop and Windows. My other Adobe apps (Lightroom, Aero, Rush, etc.) work, but not Photoshop. I've had this problem for a week now, and I have looked at many Support threads, none have helped yet, which is why I'm posting this. I have tried restarting Windows, still doesn't work. If anyone has a soltution, please please please tell me. Thanks!!
