Hi,

I'm experiencing an issue where, after opening a .png file with Photoshop CC 22.4.1 in MacOS 11.4 on a MacBook Pro (13-inch, Early 2015), the image/art board is not properly displayed. The image is rendered rendered when an image is first opened, but goes blank. It is also displayed when zooming to a different scale, but goes blank again. I've attached a video demonstrating this phenomenon.

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop 22.4.1. Please try disabling the option to Use Graphics Processor from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.

If the issue persists, please re-enable the option to Use Graphics Processor, then go to the Technology Previews under Preferences & enable the option to Deactivate Native Canvas. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that makes a difference.

Please let us know how it goes!

Regards,

Nikunj
