As stated above. This happens immediately after clicking Save in the file menu or as it just happens when pressing Ctrl+Z for an undo. My Windows 10/64bit installation and all drivers are fully opdated as of today.
The Windows 10 event system shows the following seemingly related entry indicating a memory leak problem in Photoshop.exe.
