photoshop 22.4 pen tool bug

ver 22.4 : Pen tool line not displayed

ver 21.2.8 : pen tool line test ok!

OS : Windows 10 pro

amd 5 3600 / ram 36Gb

Do I understand correctly that the Path is created as intended but the display lags behind considerably? 

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
