Photoshop 22 adds stroke for every shapes

Does anyone know why the new Photoshop 22 adds black stroke 1px width for every shape?

I mean not only when you create a new shape. Although previously new shapes were created by default with no stroke. And I really know very few cases when you need a stroke right away.

But the main headache is when you open a document from a previous version and Photoshop adds a black stroke 1px width to all shapes layers. This is very, very inconvenient. I have to go over all 1000 layers and manually remove them.

Dear Adobe! Can you fix this issue?

Here are known issues and unexpected stroke is mentioned https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/known-issues.html

By the way, which version you are running, this isuue should be fixed in 22-0-1 version.

I use the last version 22.0.1
Sorry, but It doesn't make me feel better that this is a known issue. I am more interested in the question when it will be resolved. I am working with thousands of files and the same number of layers. Should I spend a few months removing strokes manually?
