What doesn't photoshop do?

PS 3 was released around 1994 it  was the first release I used.

If it worked for you previously, what changed? Have you updated Windows or reinstalled Windows or changed computers?

The Windows updated, I then followed instructions to take away the update and it still did not work.  //???

Still not working......The Adobe team sent me a direct e-mail to reply to but I lost it when replying...Help! Resend!

Hi Skain,

What do you mean by “direct email”? If you were sent a PM through this forum, it was most likely a scammer pretending to be Adobe with an email address that is not adobe.com. Post details here if you think that happened.

This is a user-to-user forum with some input from staff. We can’t resend anything that Adobe might have sent. The forum software also sends out automatic email (if it’s enabled). Was the email from an Adobe rep or was it automatically generated from a response that was also posted to the forums?

That's the problem.  I can't seem to have a way to contact them for help directly.  I lost the one email I did get from them directly.

You keep repeating the same request , but seem to be ignoring the responses given here.
No-one here can send an email that Adobe have sent you (if indeed it did come from Adobe). We are volunteer Photoshop users who try and help other users. We do not work for Adobe.
You were asked for details of your issue and your system but have not yet given them. Until you do, we cannot help you.
