Photoshop acting weird at opening

My photoshop icon keeps bouncing when I click on it to open. For ever... it never stops. I tried "force quit" several times but nothing seem to help. Only when I restart my computer then ps will open again, but I cant keep doing that all the time! Someone...?

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far? 

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
