Hi people...
I have a problem: Photoshop does not open raw photos therefore install the raw camera plugin and it does not open raw images either; Then, therefore, install Adobe DNG Converter according to the instructions of the Adobe page and it turns out that it does not open raw photos for me either.
What could be the problem?
Thank you.

Hi there,
We are sorry about the experience with Photoshop and Camera Raw. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you are using along with the model number of the camera the Raw files were shot from?
You can check if the camera is supported and the minimum Camera raw version required for it by going to the link: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-supported-cameras.html
Regards,
Nikunj

First of all, thanks for your reply.
I use photoshop CS6 and canon 1300D EOS Rebel t6.
I must also say that the photoshop I use is pirated.

The dng converter converts a folder of raw files to dng. Is that what you're doing? It won't open a single file into PS.

What I am trying to do is open photos in RAW format but since the RAW camera plugin installation did not work in my photoshop CS6, then following the adobe help recommendation, install Adobe DNG Converter as the second option to open these photo files taken in RAW
