Photoshop and Illustrator not working after update.

Greetings, 

After todays update I am not able to open photoshop or Illustrator. After Effects is working fine. 

- Photoshop does not go past Resding references 

- Illustrator does not even open

I really need these programs to work!

Try resetting your preferences on startup.

Hold Shift+Ctrl+Opt(mac)/Alt(Win)+Cmd(mac) before the splash screen appears.

It will ask if you want to reset your prefs. Say yes.
