Photoshop blank dialog box won't go away unless Photoshop is restarted

Hello,

Just updated to Big Sur and using Photoshop 22.3.1.  I use batch actions all the time for editing hundreds of photos; however, since I have upgraded a blank dialog box always stays on the screen.  I can only get it to go awat by restarting Photoshop each time I do a batch action.  So anmoying!!  Any suggestions would be great!
