Photoshop brush requirements according to photo size (20x16in)-Good and bad brushes for print

Can anyone help! I need to know photoshop brush resolution and size or another things about brush to create good print photo in 20 x 16 inches 300dpi. and I want to use the brush to fit these requirements to get good quality print. What do I need to know about photoshop brushes to achieve my goal. Thanks
