I opened PS today to find that all my downloaded brushes have gone !! I'm really concerned as I work as an illustrator and a lot of these brushes are vital for my work. Please can someone help me understand where they've gone, and if I can get them back?
The same thing has just happened to me. I am running Catalina on one Mac and Mojave (because I don't trust Catalina) on the other Mac - I have re-opened PS after a crash to find only four brush folders remaining. Any thoughts anyone. I am about to lose it with Adobe and bin the whole lot in favour of Affinity as this is just the latest in a long and frustrating line of bugs.
