Photoshop Bugged

I am trying to create a new photoshop but when it almost loads in, my photoshop goes all glitched and the screen is all distorted. Does anyone know how to fix this?

More than likely it's an issue with your GPU driver, what exact version of Photoshop do you have, have you tried updating your GPU driver from the manufactures website, it will either be AMD, Intel or Nvidia

I have the 21.2.1 version, let me check the AMD website. I will post an update if It still does not work.
