Photoshop can't see my GPU

Hello,

I use Photoshop 2020 21.2.0 Release and and it doesn't see my GPU

How can I solve this problem?

Specification of my pc

• Laptop
• Processor - Intel Core i5 3210M @ 2.50GHz
• Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000 and AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series, with 2Gb memory size
• Memory - DDR3, 6Gbytes

P. S. I know that Intel HD Graphics 4000 - no longer supported Photoshop, BUT AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series  - Must be.

What do these lines mean:

• The GPU Sniffer crashed on 02.07.2020 at 1:14:58
• OpenGL Allow Old GPUs: Not Detected.
• NumGLGPUs=1
  NumCLGPUs=2
  NumNativeGPUs=0

I found information that photoshop supports opengl version 1.1 or higher, my GPU support OpenCl 1.2

So how can I solve this problem? What should I do?

There are issues with Photoshop version 21.2 and old and not so old GPU's and it has been reported to Adobe

Your only option is to revert back to 21.1.3, I had the same issue with a 2018 GPU card and uninstalling 21.2 and reinstalling 21.1.3 fixed the issue

Hopefully Adobe will provide a fix in the next update
