Hi,

I've not been able to edit photos recently, the software gets hung up and system just shuts down after a while. After repeated attempts of such happening, now the image does not display on the canvas. I've attached image for reference.

Any idea why this is happening?

Thanks in advance,

Kumar

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you're using along with your computers operating system.

Please try disabling the option to Use Graphics Processor from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Also, disable the option from Camera Raw by going to the Camera Raw preferences through the Photoshop menu, then Perferences. Once done, quit & relaunch both Camera Raw & Photoshop to check if that helps.

Let us know how it goes!

Regards,

Nikunj
