iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5 Zoll, 2019) MAC OS Catalina 10.15.7

Half a year ago I bought this I mac and made the creative cloud abo. Everything allright till today: Photoshop doesn`t start. ( It starts but freezes before opening) I didn`t use photoshop the last month, I think there was a new update installed automatically today)

What can I do? Install Big Sur? (I'm always a bit reluctant before installing new software)

Best wishes J.W.

Check to see if you have Mac OS updates (not Big Sur).

There was a security update on May 24 for Catalina that addressed some PS crashing issues.

What specific version of Photoshop are you running?

Problem solved so far, I had ps 22.4.1 and uninstalled 22.4.1.  I went back to 22.3 and everything works fine. I stopped the automatic update function.

thanks  J.W.
